We are welcoming new patients of every age. Here is how to get started.
Book your first appointment
Book online with HotDoc, call (02) 5550 4180, or visit reception.
Arrive ten minutes early
You will fill in a short new patient registration form at reception.
Bring your cards
Bring photo ID, your Medicare card and any concession or pension card, with a list of the medicines you take and any recent results or letters.
Transfer your records
Ask reception for a records transfer form and we will request your history from your previous practice.
With a valid Medicare card, your GP and nurse visits are bulk billed, so there is nothing to pay. A few procedures carry a private fee, and we always tell you the cost first.
